Shimmer

I once shimmered under the spot lights, whilst my mistress played for royalty, but now I have hit hard times. I wait in hope that someone will take pity on me and restore my gift and allow me again to offer beautiful music. Until then I will accept that people will smile at my predicament. For it is better to be a receptacle for worms and flowers than end up in landfill, or worse, be chipped and fed into a burner, to generate electricity for these new fangled electric organs.

Footnote: sorry about the delay in posting this week, I am rather busy at the moment. So I may not get chance to make many comments, hoewever I do look forward to reading this week’s offerings.

    Really makes you think….
