Is the captain on board

As the plane took off Cheryl watched Marge scrolling through photographs, because of the time Marge took over any pictures of her dog, it was clear that she really missed it. As the seatbelt sign was switched off Cheryl saw a commotion between two of the air hostesses. The winner picked up a mic, “If there are any doctors or nurses on board would they make themselves known to the stewards. Turning to Marge, Cheryl told her to ring the call bell, while hoping that there was a doctor on board. No such luck.

“We are both retired, but we are qualified nurses”

The air hostess introduced herself, then asked them to visit the cockpit, where the two girls found both the pilots slumped semiconscious in their chairs. “Oxygen Marge, I remember treating a pilot for inhalation of Carbon Monoxide, we need oxygen”. Slapping the captain as she dragged him from the cockpit, Cheryl started laughing as a hip flash fell from his pocket. “I think we have got ourselves two inebriated pilots Marge”.

  1. Amusing, and at the same time, I’m glad they were so inebriated they couldn’t take off! There have been a few stories in the headlines of pilots being over the limit – scary indeed.

    1. But they are airborne Iain, but are they drunk or is the hip flash a false lead. Then again it is one of the pilots last flight, so they may have taken a nip, and been poisoned, it’s a conundrum

    1. There is a sting in the tail to this story PJ. Are they drunk or is the hip flash a false lead. Then again it is one of the pilots last flight, so they may have taken a nip, and been poisoned, it’s a conundrum
